Frank's Market - Audierne
AUDIERNE, BRITTANY - EST. 2026

We source the furniture that gives places their soul.

A buying office for hotels, restaurants, cafés and independent venues. We source furniture, lighting, objects, art and hi-fi - without supplier commission. Showroom, customisation workshop and coffee shop in Brittany.

FIG. 01 - FROM FRANK’S MARKET

What we do, plainly.

There is always a moment in a hospitality project where someone has to find the right chair.
the right sofa. the right lamp.
The right object that doesn't kill the soul of the place.

Frank’s Market exists to be that someone.

We are a sourcing and purchasing office dedicated to independent hospitality (what they call FF&E and OS&E provider).
We search, compare, negotiate, coordinate and track the pieces your venue needs, without supplier commissions, without imposed catalogs, without bullshit.

You stay in control.
We save time, accuracy, and often quite a bit of money.
- The Frank’s Market Team
FIG. 02 - PRINCIPLES

Three principles. Non-negotiable.

I.

No supplier commission

We never take commissions from suppliers.

Our fees are paid by you, for you.

That changes everything.

When we recommend a chair, a lamp or a sofa, it's because we believe it's right for your project. Not because someone is rewarding us behind the scenes.

It's written into our contracts.
And it's the foundation of how we work.

How we make money

II.

Hospitality only

We work for hotels, restaurants, cafés, hybrid venues, rentals designed as real places, and independent hospitality projects.

That's our ground.

We know that a beautiful chair isn't enough.
It has to hold up.
Meet the standards.
Be cleanable.
Age properly.
Arrive on time.
And not blow your budget.

We don't do private residential.
We don't do corporate offices.

We do hospitality.

III.

Any scale, same seriousness.

A single lamp can change a room.
Forty chairs can change a terrace.
Good sourcing can change a project.

We don't need your request to be huge to take it seriously.

What interests us isn't only the size of the budget.
It's the quality of the intention.

If the project is serious, we're in.

FIG. 03 - THE SHOWROOM & COFFEE SHOP

Welcome to Frank's Market. But in real life

We built a beautiful showroom and coffee shop by the coast, in Brittany

The showroom is not a shop. It's where you touch what you're about to order for forty rooms.

The main room - Frank's Market, Audierne
FIG. 03.1 - THE COFFEE SHOP
As we truly believe that a place needs soul through a lot of stuff including furnitures, we decided to build our own as an example for you to get the way we work.

Not in an anonymous office.
Not behind a 120-page PDF.

At Frank's Market, you start with a coffee, you take a seat, have a look at the furniture we have, then pay a visit to our bigger showroom 50 meters away.

The Showroom is at once our exhibition space, our customisation workshop and a space to connect.

The sourcing office is at the back.
The coffee shop area is at the front - the same set-up that could land in your next venue.

You are welcome in all three.
01

The Showroom

The pieces we source for hotels, restaurants, cafes, architects and independent venues.

Chairs, lighting, textiles, tables, art, objects, hi-fi, vintage pieces or contemporary editions.

The idea is simple: before ordering forty chairs, you sometimes need to touch one.
Feel its weight.
See its line in the real light.
Understand if it truly deserves to enter your venue.

By appointment, or by walking in.

FIG. 05 - THE APPROACH

Opening a hotel, restaurant, cafe or house to rent? We take care of your furniture for you

STAGE I - THE BRIEF

The Brief

You tell us about the project.
We ask the right questions.
What kind of venue?
What real use?
What budget?
What atmosphere?
What level of resistance?
What opening date?
What needs to be beautiful, solid, delivered fast - or all three?

We clarify the aesthetic direction, the scope, the priorities and the constraints.

Before searching, we align.

STAGE II - THE SOURCING

The Sourcing

We activate our network of manufacturers, editors, artisans, distributors and merchants across Europe.

For each key piece, we look for several options: the most obvious, the most intelligent, sometimes the most unexpected.

We come back with clear proposals, sourced and priced.
You choose.
We negotiate.
Then we order.

STAGE III - THE DELIVERY

The Delivery

We coordinate suppliers, track lead times, verify invoices, centralize information and maintain a clear vision of the project.

The goal is simple: prevent your sourcing from becoming an endless chain of forwarded emails, lost spreadsheets and packages "supposedly on their way".

In the end, you have the pieces.
And a clean dossier.
