Frank's Market - Our Model, modern interior facing the sea
FIG. 01 - THE PROBLEM

Most sourcing is free. That's the problem.

In hospitality, the person who advises you on furniture is very often paid by the people selling it. A percentage on every order. A rebate at the end of the year. A volume bonus you'll never see on an invoice.

It's legal. It's standard. And it means the chair you're recommended is not always the chair you need.

We built Frank's Market the other way around.

FIG. 02 - THE RULE

One rule, written into every contract.

We never take a commission, a rebate, a referral fee or a volume bonus from a supplier. Not once. Not on any project.

Our only revenue is the fee you pay us. That makes us your buyer, not their seller.

It's a clause in our contract, and you can read it before you sign anything.

FIG. 03 - HOW WE ARE PAID

How our fees are calculated.

Three formats, three ways to pay. No hidden line.

Spot

[TO COMPLETE: when it is invoiced]
Room

  • -We don't take equity in supplier businesses.
